• How to establish and execute an effective capture management process
• How to structure a valid teaming arrangement
• The value of non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements to an environment of trust in the team
• The responsibilities of each partner in a teaming arrangement
• How to create a winning proposal as a team and the responsibilities of each team member
• How to manage a contract award as a team member and the team leader

GOVteams™ will help small business concerns find other firms that may be interested in teaming with them, assist small business concerns with the formation and execution of teaming arrangements, aid teams of small business concerns with identifying appropriate larger contracting opportunities, and assist teams of small business concerns with the preparation and submission of bids and offers.  If you are interested in GOVteams™ send an email to info@govtips.biz requesting an application.  In reply you will receive a link and logon credentials used to fill out an online form requesting participation in GOVteams™
